I have been living at the artistry for a couple months now and so far I love it!! I was moving from my old college apartment of 3 years and it’s nice to have a newer nicer place to call home. I may be a little bias but main building is the best building!! I can say, I know there are a lot of mixed reviews around about maintenance and what not, I had had zero issues with maintenance coming right away if I have an issue. They have a new team and are under new management so they’re up and booming! The leasing office also throws nice events every now and then for residents and are all very friendly!

I moved to Artistry in 2024, and since then I have enjoyed my residence very much. It’s located in downtown Indianapolis, just a few steps from Whole Foods, which is very convenient. The leasing office has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. I initially lived in a one-bedroom apartment, and when I needed more space, they made my move to a three-bedroom seamless and offered one of the best prices in the area. Recently, I had an issue that required maintenance work in my apartment, that Emma and entire leasing team handled everything courteously and professionally. They truly care about their residents and their pets—they even helped me manage my cat during the maintenance process, which I really appreciated. The staff is friendly, responsive, and professional. As I prepare to move back to California, I will always remember the Hoosier hospitality I experienced during my two and a half years at Artistry Indy.

I recently moved to Indy from Minnesota and looking for an apartment to rent and was in the area. A friend of mines recommended Artistry Indy. I didn't know where the leasing office located at. I asked an employee by the name of Anthony. Anthony was professional and helpful and showing me around and answering a few questions that I had. I'll be back to schedule an appointment tour.

Truly, devastated I had to move out of here to pursue my DJ career. The office staff was exceptional. Even when I told them I must sadly leave them to pursue my DJ career in VA, the office said, "You aren't just Paige the resident anymore... you are Paige the DJ. If we ever need a DJ down the road, we'll know exactly who to call." When I turned in my keys, I brought my turntable and played the house remix of "My Heart Will Go On" by Celine Dion for the office. I cried afterwards and the staff offered me tissues to wipe my tears because that's just how thorough their customer service is. I'll never forget my time here. I hope they never forget me either 🩷🎶🔥

Artistry has been a great place to live I’ve been here 6 months now I moved from East Texas for a job up here and the staff has been very welcoming and friendly I haven’t had any problems or complaints since I lived here it’s in the heart of downtown Indianapolis which is great.

Some of the reviews had me worried and honestly gave me a lot of anxiety before moving in. But my experience has been completely different in the best way. Leasing with Jasmine was amazing, and even when my apartment needed a few things fixed after move-in, the team handled everything quickly and made me feel genuinely cared for. The maintenance staff is incredibly knowledgeable and truly goes above and beyond, they make you feel like a neighbor, not just a tenant.

I stayed in this apartment for almost six months, located right in downtown, and it was a fantastic experience. The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, and public transportation. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed for a short stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed internet. Despite being in a busy area, the apartment was surprisingly quiet at night. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay close to all the action in the city!

I’ve been here a month and a half and so far love it. I moved from Colorado so couldn’t be in person for anything and Alaina helped me with everything. She was quick, easy to get ahold of with the questions I had, and I was pleasantly surprised with the size and condition of my apartment considering it was all sight unseen. The location is great as I wanted to be right downtown. Everyone else I’ve interacted with in the office has been super kind and thus far I have had zero issues with anything in my apartment, but I imagine if I do they’ll be quick to handle anything just based off how quick they’ve been with the random few questions I’ve had

I have lived here for two months and am thankful each day I come home about the decision to move here. I looked into Broad Ripple and moved here from Fishers. The cleanliness of the building, accessibility to the community are two of my favorite features and amenities. I signed my lease without seeing my unit in person and it’s perfect for me. I am looking forward to warmer weather so I can fully take advantage of all that downtown Indianapolis has to offer. If you’re looking for a trending apartment in an excellent location then Artistry Indy is your place.

Updated 1/28/25; Jasmine in the leasing office was an amazing help and was exceptionally thorough and informative. The apartments are clean, well appointed and provide ample value for the price! I look forward to living here! It's been four months since moving in, and I've been beyond pleased with the overall experience. Sure, there are some challenges the team here has had to overcome to ensure each of the residents are provided with a place they can be proud to live in, but they strive to do so and they always have a helpful and positive attitude. If you want a well appointed apartment, with a reasonable rate for downtown Indy living, and a staff that's attentive and friendly, you'll find a home worthy to look into here. Some drawbacks, to keep it 100; Sound barriers between apartments could be improved. Some of the elevators seem to be a consistent problem (however, not in the Muse building where I live), and a fire suppression system disaster has kept one of the fitness centers out since before I move

This place has been our home for 5 years and we continue to renew. If you are looking for something centrally located, this is the place for you. In the last 5 years, this area has changed drastically. The staff really seems to care about your experience here and if there’s an issue they fix it in a timely manor. The negative and the only reason there were not 5 stars given is because of the dog park. For 5 years we have been begging for concrete to be poured and have turf installed at the dog park. Being in Florida, especially during the summer, you pretty much can’t use the dog park from June-September because of the daily thunderstorms, unless you do not care about your dog being muddy. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a cat or no animals.

I lived here for two years and had a great experience overall. The pool is a blast in the summer, and the location—close to the Pacers stadium and Mass Ave—is fantastic. The unit itself was nice, and maintenance requests were handled quickly by the excellent staff, especially Will. However, the property’s upkeep could use improvement. The hallways were in desperate need of repainting, and many of the lights were burnt out. Additionally, the scanner for a side door of our building was broken the entire year we lived there, making it inaccessible. Another major issue was the vagrancy in the area. It was common to be harassed, and break-ins by vagrants were a recurring problem. Package theft was also a significant issue—about half of our deliveries were stolen. While the amenities and location were great, the security and maintenance issues made the experience frustrating at times.

After 3 years of living at Artistry, I'm leaving to find an upgraded experience at a new apartment complex. Here is an honest review of my time here. Note: Artistry is a complex consisting of four separate buildings (Artistry, Mentor, Muse, and Mosaic). My experiences solely pertain to the main Artistry building where I was leasing. Pros: When it comes to downtown Indy living, Artistry does have some of the most affordable rates (rent, parking, and monthly pet rent, etc) for what you're getting. Monthly utilities costs were also quite reasonable for a 1 bedroom apartment with a den. Personally, no issues with extremely high energy/heat bills, even in the cold months with concrete floors throughout my unit. The location of the complex is perfectly nudged between the sports district and bar/dining districts of downtown. It's easy to walk to most places. All four buildings are surrounded by ample street parking for visitors. Cons: Turn over in the leasing office is the biggest downfall to this complex. I frequ
